What is Top Block?

Top Block is a reusable can topper: a twist-shut lid that keeps your can covered when you set it down. It snaps onto the can top of standard and slim 12 oz cans. Twist it shut before you walk away, and twist it open when you're back to sip. It's a simple way to look out for yourself and your friends.

How to use a Top Block

  1. Line it up.Hold it so the small knob underneath sits over the can's tab.
  2. Press it on.Press it onto the can top until it sits flat.
  3. Set it down, twist it shut.A quarter turn covers the opening while your can waits for you.
  4. Twist it open to sip.A quarter turn back lines the opening up with the can's opening.
  5. Take it off.Lift the side tab to pull it off, then put it on your next can.

Made by Basil and Gina

Top Block comes from Z-Access 3D Print Hub, a 3D print hub in the Phoenix area. Basil Hill and Gina Wilt run the business and the product together. Z-Access designs and prints every Top Block.

What cans does Top Block fit?

Standard and slim 12 oz cans, like soda, sparkling water, energy drink, beer, and hard seltzer cans in those sizes. It snaps onto the can top. It's made for cans, so it won't fit cups or bottles.

How do you open and close it?

Twist it. A quarter turn one way covers the opening. A quarter turn back lines the opening up so you can sip without taking it off.

Can I use it again?

Yes. Take it off when you're done and put it on your next can.

How do I clean it?
