How we use your information

Short version: we use what you send us to do what you asked. We never sell it.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, your email, the Top Blocks you reserve or are interested in, any custom line you suggest, how you heard about us, and, for custom requests, details about your group and what you'd like printed. Survey answers, including your email and any photo, are optional.

How we use it

To email you a link to pay when checkout opens, if you reserved. To email you once when checkout opens, if you joined the list. To reply to your custom request with questions or a quote. To make the next run better, from survey answers, and to reply if you left your email.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are handled by our website host. When checkout opens, payments go through Stripe, so we never see your card number. Our fonts are stored on this site, so no font company sees your visit. We use Google Analytics to count visits, button clicks, and form sign-ups. It does not get what you type into our forms.
