Shipping and returns

Who you're buying from

Top Block is sold by Z-Access LLC (Z-Access 3D Print Hub), Arizona. Questions: connect@z-access.com.

Shipping

We ship from Arizona to US addresses. Shipping is $9 per order, for one Top Block or a 3-pack. Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days, and we email you tracking. If your order can't ship on time, we'll email you a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Sales tax

Added at checkout where required.

Returns

Unused Top Blocks can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging, for a refund of the item price. Email us first. You pay return shipping.

Broken or wrong item

Email a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we'll replace it or refund you, shipping included.

Final sale

Used Top Blocks are final sale, since they go on cans you drink from. Custom orders and custom lines are final once you approve them, except for defects.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Care

Hand wash before use. Not a toy. Keep away from small children.

What it does

Top Block keeps your can covered when you set it down. It is not a guarantee of safety, so keep an eye on your drink and your friends.
